What’s Covered
Our guarantee applies exclusively to cryptocurrencies held in escrow under AnchorDex’s direct control, from receipt to settlement. We protect against losses resulting from:
Theft from our secure servers.
Unauthorized access or hacking of our systems.
Losses caused by AnchorDex systems or staff.
What’s Not Covered
Our guarantee does not extend to losses resulting from user actions beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Providing an incorrect cryptocurrency address.
Submitting an incorrect email address.
Early release of funds initiated by the user.
Payments sent to fraudulent or spoofed cryptocurrency addresses (note: AnchorDex does not send payment addresses via email).
Losses due to user negligence.
Dispute resolution outcomes, as all AnchorDex dispute decisions are final.
