AnchorDex Terms of Service

3. User Registration and Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. AnchorDex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Trading and Escrow Process

Once cryptocurrencies are deposited into escrow, trades must proceed according to the agreed terms. AnchorDex acts as a neutral third party and does not guarantee the quality or delivery of goods/services. Disputes are resolved per our dispute resolution policy.

5. Fees

AnchorDex charges fees for escrow services, as detailed on our website. Fees are deducted from the escrow amount upon release. We may update fees at any time with notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or violations of sanctions. Prohibited conduct includes hacking, spamming, or misrepresenting information. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

7. User Content

Any content you submit (e.g., transaction descriptions) must not infringe on third-party rights or violate laws. AnchorDex may remove content at its discretion but is not obligated to monitor it.

8. Limitation of Liability

AnchorDex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction.
